If your bus has
Reschedule
tag then you can reschedule your ticket. Here's how to reschedule your tickets
- 1Go to my trips
- 2Click on reschedule ticket
- 3Choose the new ticket date
- 4Select the bus and choose seats.
Your old fare is adjusted against the new ticket. You will only be charged the difference + Reschedule charges.
Cancellation
If your bus has
Refundable
tag then you can cancel your ticket. . Here's how to cancel your tickets
- 1Go to my trips
- 2Click on Cancel ticket
- 3You will get the exact refund amount at the time of cancellation
