The aircon for the night bus was way too cold. It was totally unnecessary. Makes the journey unbearable in a way.

Great bus trip, One of the best bus companies. Fast and safe, reached TBS in 4 hours 15 minutes. Included a 1-stop toilet break. Excellent!

Vehicle was clean. However it was advertised to have charging points and WiFi and did not have any of that. We were asked specifically not to charge our phones.
The vehicle left on time but was actually a multi stop vehicle which was not advertised, and picked up passengers from two places in KL. There were multiple stops along the way too which led to us arriving 90 mins later than advertised. Staff were polite otherwise.

There was an incident happened in the bus. One passenger with mental case had an aggressive behaviour towards someone travelling with her . Bus driver took the right action, stopped the bus called police for assistance and arranged some passengers to other bus. Some of us stayed and arrived TBS not later than 2pm.

There was no USB charging port avaipable. Its an old bus with 3 pin socket but those socket points are all broken. Checked with driver all not working . Pls rectify this problem. Thank you.
