The bus was overall okay, but some passengers lacked consideration. Reclining their seats for comfort left me stuck with no legroom, causing discomfort, especially on a 9-hour journey. While I love this bus and appreciate their service, such experiences could be improved for better passenger comfort.

Tempat duduk dan tempat letak botol perlu dibersihkan. Tidak semua, tetapi ada tempat yang kurang bersih.
Jika boleh, elakkan atau berikan syarat kepada penumpang seperti pekerja asing. Naik bas dalam keadaan baru balik kerja menyebabkan seluruh bas berbau busuk. Terima kasih.

Terbaik naik bas yang ini, ada tempat cas. Bas sejuk. Pemanduan pun ok. Ada waktu solat. Secara keseluruhan, saya suka. Bersih. Kerusi empuk.

Bus departed 15 minutes later than the schedule. What I love the most is the comfort of the seat, it feels like sofa at home. However, leg room is quite cramped for a 169 cm person. The bus is new and well cleaned, the price offered is well worth it for a 7-8 hours trip.

Punctuality needs to improve. The bus was almost an hour late; the ticket stated 12pm, but the bus arrived at 1pm.
