The bus did not stop inside the Penang Sentral building instead drop me before the entrance. The company should inform in advance that the bus will not enter the premise instead will drop off us before the entrance. I have no choice have to exit the bus in drizzling rain.

Please reduce the speed of the air conditioning fan. If the temperature is set to 24 degrees, there is no need to use the highest fan speed. It was extremely cold, making it difficult for me to sleep.
Additionally, kindly advise the driver not to smoke during the journey, as it creates an unpleasant environment. Thank you.
